上週Labour's Day，三天連假~大家都做了些什麼呢?
我的連假其實就跟一般的周末沒什麼差別哈哈! 一樣去健身房報到，這幾天連假反而沒什麼人耶!
所以我才有機會拍個訓練影片，不然平時我都把手機放置物櫃裡，一方面怕髒，一方面怕壓壞或摔到，拿手機健身太讓人分心了!不如專心練完再來用手機!
連假最後一天，我突然決定要自己去走coastal walk，Dee Why to Curl Curl Coastal Walk我是第一次走，走起來滿輕鬆的，當天我走時人潮也不多~整個走完按照Google Map上寫是45分鐘，這次拍了好多漂亮的照片和影片!大家快點進去看吧!

I had a relaxing long weekend and didn't do much except the coastal walk but it was quite an easy walk to be honest!

-Gym workouts
-Pumpkin spice Frappuccino @Starbucks
-Relaxing weekend+relaxing cooking=burnt brekkie LOL
